29.05.2019
Spanish car magazine km77 put Tesla Model 3 through a serious examination. So called 'Moose test' is an evasive maneuver test that consists of determining how well a certain vehicle can evade a suddenly appearing obstacle that could take an entire lane, like a moose. The more is the speed at which the car stays on its traction, the safer it is in real-world conditions.
Model 3 showed very impressive result - the electric vehicle starts to hit cones only at 88 km/h (55 mph). For example, the latest gen Mercedes C220d shows the maximum of 72 km/h (45 mph), Audi R8 V10 plus - 83 km/h (51 mph). The electric car was tested by three drivers, each admiring the Model 3's 'exemplary' performance thanks to low center of gravity, factory suspension set up and traction control system.
