Full Self-Driving package today costs $10,000 as a one-time purchase. It includes Navigate on Autopilot, Auto Lane Change, Autopark, Summon, Stop signs and traffic lights recognition, as well as city driving on autopilot yet available only for FSD early access program members.

Even though there are so many features (and even hotter ones are coming), FSD purchase price may seem too big. In order to make Autopilot more affordable for wider audience, Tesla announced the launch of Full Self-Driving subscription with smaller monthly charge. The launch was delayed several times (at first, it was planned to release the subscription by the end of 2020), but finally last week Tesla pushed its official mobile app update with subscription feature included.

The subscription provides access to all features of the FSD package. Monthly charge counts up to $199, though, owners who previously purchased Enhanced Autopilot option (not offered anymore, the package included access to some wider Autopilot capabilities, now included into FSD package would be charged $99 per month.
