Tesla is expected to deliver 15 Semi trucks to PepsiCo this year

PepsiCo was among first companies placing orders for Tesla Semi electric truck right after its unveiling in 2017. The company ordered 100 trucks back then. Yesterday PepsiCo confirmed that it expect 15 Tesla Semis to be delivered by the end of the year.

PepsiCo’s confirmation merely clarified the timing of Tesla Semi production launch. Earlier Elon Musk claimed Semi pilot production to start this year.
