Croatian electric supercars producer Rimac Automobili is in preparation of C_Two production. It’s company’s second model. Only two dozens of vehicle prototypes should be produced in order to homologate an electric car, capable of 1.9 sec 0-60 mph acceleration and 255 mph top speed.
Recently Rimac launched a new production facility in Croatia. New assembly line allows to spend only 5 weeks on building one car (instead of 10 weeks earlier), and produce four production cars per month on parallel lines.
Now Rimac assembles prototypes for final tuning, road tests and crash tests. Also, the automaker pays huge attention to the aerodynamics, considering it vital for such fast electric vehicle. Continuous improvement allowed Rimac to improve the drag coefficient by 34% compared to first C_Two prototypes.
