Yesterday Euro NCAP published Tesla Model X crash tests results. Electric SUV not only performed perfectly when hitting the barriers, but also amazed experts with driver’s assistants efficiency.
Euro NCAP highly valued Tesla Autopilot capabilities of executing its sensors to avoid accidents. Experts scored 94 points out of 100 for driving assistants.
Especially Euro NCAP valued Automatic Emergency Braking of Autopilot — for example, when pedestrian crosses the road. Tesla reacts rapidly on such events, performing great even in most difficult situations: for example, when its dark or when a child runs on the road behind the parked vehicle.
