BMW first showed the electric SUV iX3 in 2018, saying it is their first electric car featuring a new generation of BMW’s electric powertrain. iX3 is expected to enter the roads later this year, while so far BMW posted several pictures of a pre-production vehicle at the assembly line in China - iX3 will be produced at the BMW Brilliance Automotive joint venture in China.
Earlier BMW claimed the electric SUV to feature 74 kWh battery pack enabling the 440 km range and the 286 hp output of electric motors.
